  4. If you have received notice that your Username and Password was approved.

  5. What happens after you enter in your Username and password. The Error Message

  6. Your full name. Often the E-mail name, Username and purchase name don't match.

I can't log in - Help !

First, I need to know the NAME (not the order number)of the module you are using.

Second, you should have a link to the course that was sent in an email. The link will start like this:

If you don't have the link, send me an email, with the name of the module, and the purchase date, and I will send it to you.


E-mails are read several times every day, Mon - Fri. We usually check E-mails on weekends, but sometimes are out-of-town. If you are not getting a response to the E-mails, please call ritecode.com at 901-517-1705. Note that I still need to send you the link via E-mail.


You need an ID and Password. Your password is case-sensitive, so if you entered in UseRPaSSword, you need to enter UseRPaSSword.

Sometimes users accidentally enter a space after the password. If you password does not appear to work, I can send it to you or send you a temporary password to try.

Ritecode.com does not create a UserName and Password for you. You will need to create your own, unique UserName and Password. Please use the link below to set up your UserName and Password.

My password doesn't work

You will need to register your User ID and Password at:

After you create the password, it needs to be approved. This can take minutes or hours, depending if we are online. All passwords should be approved within 24 hours Mon - Fri. You will receive a notice once your ID and Password is approved.



Your password is case-sensitive, so if you entered in UseRPaSSword, you need to enter in the same Capital and Lower case letters.


Sometimes users accidentally enter a space after the password. If you password does not appear to work, I can send it to you or send you a temporary password to try.

I cannot create a UserName and Password

Each UserName is associated with your E-mail, so if you already have an UserName for another Ritecode.com course, you won't be able to create a new one, and can still use it. If you need additionally time, once the UserName expires, you can recreate it. You should be able to use the same UserName and Password once it expires.

Can I use my UserName and Password on more than one computer?

Yes, but do not share your UserName and Password with anyone. If more than one person logs onto the course with your Username and Password, our security software will cancel your account because this violates the Terms and Agreements when you created the UserName and Password.
